Kabbalah, Tree of Life

Kabbalah, Tree of Life

Traditional practitioners believe Kabbalah's earliest origins pre-date world religions, forming the primordial blueprint for Creation's philosophies, religions, sciences, arts, and political systems. This is how it is used in this meditation practice, drawing mainly on the work of Rabbi David Cooper, but also on the other mystical Judea and Magick Traditions found in the Golden Dawn. According to Kabbalistic philosophy, there are ten Sephirot corresponding to ten levels of creation. These levels of creation must not be understood as ten different "gods" but as ten different ways of revealing God, one per level. It is not God who changes but the ability to perceive God that changes.

Three: Kabbalah, Binah - Understanding: the infinite flash of Chokhmah brought into the vessel of understanding to give it grasp of breadth and depth/feminine vessel that gives birth to the emotions/reason/understanding brings teshuva or return to God

All of the Sephirot exist in each of the Four Worlds, however they are also said to have the particular relationships shown. Also, the world of Aziluth (Emanation) is said to be outside of the realm of time, and contains the other three worlds (Beriah, Yezirah and Asiyyah), as well as the purest essence of the Sephirot, "within itself."

Ye-de-vuw-he, or YHWH – the four letters of the Tetragrammaton describe the essence of G-D within the Four Worlds. The י (Y) is associated with Atziluth, the first ה (H) with Beri'ah, the ו (W) with Yetzirah, and final ה (HY) with Asiyah.
